The recipe that has worked for us over the years includes; one part determination, one part evaluation, one part change, two parts hard work, and a sprinkle of luck, all blended together with a staff that cares about quality and overall customer satisfaction. It’s that simple, and it’s that difficult.

I’d personally like to say “Thank You” to all of our loyal customers and great staff who passed through these doors over the past four decades!  

We could not have done it without you. 

With that being said, we will continue to grow our menu selection, expand our take-out offerings, build the delivery & catering side of our business, and hopefully, with your help, continue to serve the great city of Lockport, NY for another 40 years!
